Buffets in Style

Sometimes with a mixed group a buffet is the way to go. Your guests have more choice, it gives a visual impact when they enter the room, and guests tend to mix and talk while at the buffet line. Your set up will include china, flatware, table linen and cloth napkins. Attendants will be present to keep the buffet tidy and replenish the food items. Coffee, iced tea, iced water, salad and dinner rolls are included in you meal. There may be additional expenses for events under 30 guests.

Make your selection from the following suggestions or create your own memorable feast. You may select any one of the entrées listed, two vegetables, and one starch. To top off the meal, pick a dessert from the list. If you would like two entrées then choose one primary and one secondary entrée and add only two dollars to the listed primary entrée's price. All prices listed are per person.
